Position Summary

 

For our Nestlé Business Services, we are currently looking for a Retail Digital Media Expert. Reporting to the Digital Marketing Experts Team Lead this professional will be responsible for the coordination and support of the execution of RDM plans with media partners and markets to enhance visibility and drive growth across customer platforms. This role combines strategic alignment with campaign management support, leveraging data insights to optimize performance and ensure compliance with established guidelines. It requires strong knowledge of digital marketing trends, retail dynamics, and emerging technologies to deliver impactful, shopper‑focused initiatives.

 

A day in the life of... 

 

  • Execution of RDM strategy.
  • Coordinate the Retail Digital Media (RDM) strategy with media partners to ensure overall commercial and marketing goals are achieved across key markets.
  • Support the planning, execution, and optimization of digital media campaigns in collaboration with media partners across multiple markets.
  • Collaborate with media partner teams to meet customer needs while promoting brands on their platforms.
  • Actively contribute to the eCommerce community within markets to facilitate effective dialogue between central strategy, local execution, and performance measurement.
  • Adhere to Global Content frameworks and Ways of Working (WoW) to ensure campaigns comply with Nestlé guidelines in all markets.
  • Work closely with above-market eCommerce and eContent SPOCs, as well as the Media team, to deliver high-quality communication materials and guidance across digital touchpoints on central customer platforms.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in digital media to continuously enhance campaigns and test new RDM initiatives.

 

What will make you successful 

 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field;
  • Minimum 4 years of experience in a digital paid media role or eRetail digital media role within a large company or an agency dealing with large companies
  • Knowledge and experience of performance marketing within key eRetailer environments.
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful digital media campaigns.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Google Ads, social media advertising, analytics tools)
  • Solid planning and project management skills with the ability to work well under pressure.
  • Detail-oriented with ability to handle various tasks simultaneously under multiple deadlines
  • Ability to build effective relationships internally and externally.
