To join the Nestlé Field Sales Team, we are looking for a Sales & Debit Analyst. Your main mission will be to ensure that customer claims and deductions are managed and solved ensuring proper segregation of duties in compliance with Group policy.

A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A SALES & DEBIT ANALYST
- Ensure that activities / promotions are correctly settled against respective accrual;
- Ensure process optimization & define best practices across Categories & Customers;
- Validate the cost of the activities provided by the customer (based on CPT /CIM);
- Validation & settlement of the debit notes;
- Rebate agreement reversal and closure;
- Work closely with Clients, Key Account Managers and other relevant stakeholders;
- Reporting of all activities related to Sales & Debit.
WHAT WILL MAKE YOU SUCCESSFUL
- Bachelor’s Degree in Management or a related field;
- Experience in one of the following areas is recommended: Order to Cash, Debit Provisioning or any related field (1 to 2 years of experience);
- Experience with Excel and SAP;
- Intermediate level of English and Spanish is recommended;
- Analytical skills and an eye for detail;
- Good communication skills;
- Ability to set priorities and highly proactive;
- Ability to get internal relationships;
- Ability to have a good critical sense.
