Position Summary 

Senior Social Intelligence Analyst leads execution and coordination of analytical workstreams, ensuring high-quality interpretation, consistency, and reliability of outputs across assigned projects.

A day in the life of... 

Data Processing & Structuring
- Resolve complex classification and taxonomy challenges.
- Integrate multiple structured datasets into coherent analytical foundations.

Monitoring & Signal Detection
- Identify systemic patterns, cross-market developments, and emerging risks.
- Validate interpretation of complex signals.

Reporting & Output Generation
- Produce advanced analytical reports requiring synthesis across multiple sources.
- Deliver presentations and executive-ready outputs.

Quality Assurance
- Review deliverables prepared by other analysts and ensure first-time-right quality.
- Improve reporting standards.

Stakeholder Interaction
- Manage stakeholder engagements and translate business questions into analytical outputs.
- Support project scoping and prioritisation.

Coaching & Knowledge Sharing
- Mentor analysts and contribute to capability development.
- Support development of operational guidance and best practices.

What will make you successful  

- University degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Media, Data, Psychology, Journalism or related field
- Strong analytical mindset and attention to detail
- Ability to work with structured and unstructured datasets
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in English and Italian
- Ability to manage tasks and deadlines in structured operational environments
- Familiarity with digital ecosystems and social media platforms
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) or equivalent tools
- Familiarity/proficiency in social listening or digital analytics platforms (e.g., Brandwatch, Talkwalker, Sprinklr, Meltwater, etc.)
