We are looking for a Supply Chain Trainee to integrate the Nespresso HUB direction, in the Supply Chain Excellence team, that provide services worldwide and has several intervention areas: Demand Planning; Supply Planning; Physical Logistics.

WHAT WILL YOU DO?  

  • You will have the possibility to learn End-to-End (E2E) supply chain scope by supporting activities of Demand Planning, Supply Planning and Physical Logistics teams. 

  • Some examples of such support can be improving reporting activities with automations, perform and enhance weekly health check extraction files and KPI's, support more technical processes of phase-in/phase-outs, new products, and limited editions, manage master data and support shipment dispatches and warehouse operations daily management. 

  • You will be supporting continuous improvement and process innovation for all teams with the support of leadership managers of all teams. 

  • You will learn about Nespresso’s supply chain. 

  

ARE YOU WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR?  

  • Degree in Management, Supply Chain/Operations, Engineering, Data Science/Analytics or similar 

  • Maximum of 1 year experience 

  • Fluent in English (mandatory)  

  • Proficiency in MS Office Excel and PowerPoint 

  • Programming language (VBA, Phyton, SQL) and PowerBI – preferable 

  • Regarding soft skills you must:

    • be a team player; 
    • have good communication skills and orientation to detail; 
    • have proactivity and quick thinking mindset; 
    • have analytical skills and critical thinking; 
    • enjoy new challenges and desire to learn.
