POSITION SUMMARY

We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Partner to join the Human Resources & Business Services department. The main purpose of this role is managing end to end Talent Acquisition activities for a given scope of businesses which may be allocated either by function or localization or language or any other criterion.
A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A TALENT ACQUISITION PARTNER
- Manage E2E recruitment processes;
- Propose and execute the most suitable recruitment strategy, advising and acting on appropriate sourcing channels;
- Conduct Sourcing Activities to identify the best talent in the market;
- Proactively conduct talent mapping and constantly build networking to identify top talents for strategic positions;
- Counsel and guide line managers on the required technical competences & soft skills for the role, while collaborating with HR community;
- Liaise with external/internal partners;
- Ensure appropriate reporting on recruitment activities;
- Promote Nestlé Corporate Business Principles;
- Contribute to Employer Branding activities.
WHAT WILL MAKE YOU SUCCESSFUL
- 4+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition;
- Proven understanding of Talent Acquisition drivers;
- Record of accomplishment of successful recruiting at different levels, including direct sourcing methods for candidates for complex or hard to fill jobs;
- Exposure to digital and social media as Talent Acquisition tools, Talent Acquisition networks, building internal databases, employee referral programs, etc;
- Proven ability to collaborate and build relationships with stakeholders across functional and organizational lines;
- An understanding of the corporate culture at Nestlé and ability to balance this with regional cultural nuances within the business;
- Problem solver with strong business acumen.
