Position Summary
As a Talent Attraction Partner, you will report to the Global Talent Attraction and Supplier Partnerships Manager and be responsible for delivering on the established Talent Attraction strategy over a six-month virtual mission. Your role will involve executing comprehensive strategies that align with our talent priorities and objectives while collaborating closely with Zone Europe Talent Leads and Talent Attraction Partners.
A Day in the Life of a Talent Attraction Partner
- Deliver on the established Talent Attraction strategy in partnership with Zone Talent Leads to meet overarching needs
- Collaborate with other Zone Senior Talent Attraction Partners (STAPs) to identify global synergies aligned with our strategic priorities
- Partner closely with Talent Attraction Partners to ensure a cohesive approach to attracting top talent worldwide
- Act as a member of the Talent Attraction Community within the zone, sharing best practices and building capabilities with fellow TAPs
- Develop expertise in local talent attraction metrics to drive effective strategies
- Serve as the main Zone POC for market escalations or concerns
- Oversee core recruitment for one or more global vendors while acting as a Zone POC for others (e.g., Hirevue)
- Manage and track the Zone’s Talent Attraction operating budget in accordance with global guidelines
What will make you successful
- Proven experience in Talent Attraction
- Strong understanding of employer branding, recruitment best practices and market trends
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication and influencing a skills
- Demonstrated project management skills with ability to drive effective strategies
- Ability to work collaboratively in a virtual environment
- Fluency in English
