Position Summary  

As a Talent Attraction Specialist, you will report to the Global Talent Attraction and Supplier Partnerships Manager and be responsible for delivering on the established Talent Attraction strategy over a six-month virtual mission. You will act as the main Talent Attraction SPOC for the Market(s). Develops and implements local strategies that attract and engage top talent to meet the organization´s talent needs.

 

A Day in the Life of a Talent Attraction Specialist

  • Foster collaborative relationships with the Market(s) Talent Acquisition teams to identify and prioritize local talent needs and opportunities.
  • Design, develop and implement Talent Attraction campaigns/initiatives, ensuring alignment with identified talent needs and our global big bets.
  • Lead the strategic planning of visual identity, creative direction and content development that support these campaigns/initiatives, upkeeping both our Employer Brand and Employee Value Proposition.
  • Lead the development and curation of engaging content (both visuals and copy) tailored for activation across multiple key channels and platforms.
  • Conduct thorough performance monitoring and analysis, generating insightful reports that highlight key metrics and evaluate the effectiveness of our deliveries, while identifying opportunities for continuous improvement.
  • Defines initiatives that upkeep candidate engagement and experience throughout key touchpoints while reinforcing our Employer Brand and Employee Value Proposition.
  • Lead/support other Talent Attraction projects aligned to our big bets (10% of the overall scope, in line with Talent Marketplace principle). 

 

What will make you successful

  • Proven experience in Marketing and Content Creation (visual design is a plus) 
  • Desirable understanding of employer branding, recruitment best practices and market trends
  • Excellent stakeholder management, communication and influencing a skills
  • Demonstrated project management skills with ability to drive effective strategies 
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a virtual environment 
  • Fluency in English
