Position Summary:
The Trade Assets Lead Specialist is responsible for overseeing the end‑to‑end management of Trade Assets processes, ensuring operational excellence across order & issue management, freight coordination, and supply‑chain–related workflows. This role leads a specialized team, ensuring consistent alignment with key stakeholders and compliance with internal standards, contributing to the delivery of high‑quality, efficient, and compliant operations.
The position plays a critical role in driving process standardization, KPI performance, capability development, and continuous improvement within the Trade Assets area.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and support the Trade Assets team, ensuring efficient daily operations and clear process ownership.
- Oversee core activities such as order and issue management, freight workflows, and related supply‑chain tasks.
- Ensure SOPs are regularly updated and processes comply with internal standards.
- Monitor KPIs, identify gaps, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
- Maintain strong alignment with stakeholders, ensuring timely communication, issue resolution, and process consistency.
- Support team development through PDP follow‑ups, time‑management guidance, and career‑growth discussions.
- Contribute to capability building and harmonization of Trade Assets processes across centers.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Logistics, Operations Management, or a related field.
- Previous experience managing teams is highly preferred.
- 3–5 years of experience in operations, supply chain, logistics, or process management, ideally within a shared‑services or Trade Assets context.
- Strong understanding of order management, issue resolution workflows, and supply chain fundamentals.
- Proficiency with operational systems (SAP, logistics tools, ticketing systems — depending on NP setup).
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills, with the ability to work with KPIs and performance metrics.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to interact with multiple stakeholder groups.
- High attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and commitment to operational compliance.
