Position Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Trade Asset Management Junior Specialist to support our operational processes. This role is key in ensuring accurate asset capitalization, effective contract oversight and machine lifecycle events coordination. The ideal candidate will bring strong analytical capabilities and a proactive approach to manage assets across the organization.
A Day in the life:
- Capitalization & Depreciation Management: Ensure timely and accurate capitalization of assets in accordance with Business needs.
- Contract Management : Maintain and track contracts related to assets and machines, ensuring compliance with contractual terms informed by the Business.
- Support internal audits with documentation and contract reporting.
- Goods receival and Invoice Management
- Collaborate with business accounting teams for accurate financial reporting.
- Machine Request & Lifecycle Management - Oversee ticket-based machine request processes including: Installation, Withdrawal, Exchange, Inventory Adjustments and Cancellations
- Ensure proper documentation and tracking of asset movements.
- Missing Machine Investigations: Support business identifying and investigating missing machines or discrepancies in inventory.
- Work cross-functionally with IT, Facilities, and Warehouse to locate and resolve missing assets.
- Maintain accurate asset records and reporting tools.
What will make you successful
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply chain management or a related field.
- 2–4 years of experience in asset management, finance operations, or similar roles.
- Proficiency with SAP and ticket management tools
- Strong Excel skills; data analysis and reporting experience is a plus.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to data accuracy.
