Position Summary

For our NBS Lisbon Digital and Social Media (DSM) department, we are currently looking for a Digital Project Manager / Web Coordinator. Reporting to DMS Lead Specialist, this professional will manage and support digital program for Nestlé businesses and/or markets to ensure that the goals of the digital program are accomplished. Is the main interface between the Business, the markets, the agencies (creative, UX, SEO, technical...), the Nestlé IT and it’s the owner of the websites success acting as an extension of the business team.

A day in the life of...

  • Act as a Web Coordinator - Digital Project Manager for Digital and Social Media Team, to ensure proper execution of the Service, with service orientation to the Market/Business:
    • Project Management: Manage optimization projects/initiatives across websites in scope by understanding business needs, ensuring implementation (by NGBS Website Optimization Service team or external partner) and reporting on project status and results.
    • Operation support - Daily management of IT agency according to the maintenance contract (bugs management: tickets creation, investigation, correction, reassignment, test)
    • Website new features:  Ensure needs are properly understood by implementation partner (agency or internal)
    • Website new features:  Ensure partner creates and run proper tests (incl. functional tests)
    • Website new features:  Build and deliver training to markets on newly build feature
    • Coordinate business requests with other Website Optimization services resources (Content, SEO, Analytics)
    • Monitoring and analysis of KPIs, present actionable insights to business  

What Will Make You Successful?

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communication or similar;
  • Proficiency in English and French;
  • Hands-on experience with Website project management with multiple stakeholders;
  • Ability to work with colleagues and partners located around the world;
  • Highly proactive, motivated, and innovative thinker, with ability and willingness to share his/her knowledge with peers;
  • A team oriented mentality and attitude where the work is approached with empathy, enthusiasm, ownership, responsibility, adaptability, balance and resilience;
  • Meeting deliverable requirements, service level agreements and specific targets;
  • Excellent communication skills (team collaboration, call, chat, email, tickets, etc.) with excellent response times;
  • Able to manage both speed and quality;
  • Hands on experience with Content Management Systems (preferably Drupal 7 and 8), SEO and analytic tools;
  • Solid understanding of analytics and content optimization concepts and tools (Google marketing Platform, Google Optimize);
  • Solid understanding of SEO concepts and tools (ideally BrightEdge, DeepCrawl…);
  • Solid understanding of user experience optimization concepts and tools (SessionCam, Usabilla);
  • Familiarity with benchmarking tools (ideally SimilarWeb);
  • Good understanding of the digital marketing landscape;
  • Ability to work with ticketing and workflow tool;
  • Working in a corporate and multi-cultural environment.
