Position Summary
The Content Project Manager plays a key role by efficiently coordinating the end-to-end content production with Nestlé’s global brands and markets, ensuring the high standards of quality and timely delivery of projects from IMS’ in-house content solution, bringing efficiencies for the Nestlé Group.
A day in the life of… Act as point of contact for content production between our global brands and markets and IMS’ internal teams (account team and production team), by:
• Efficiently coordinating a team of global Graphic Producers
• Great understanding the brands’ guidelines to ensure content identity consistency • Assessing markets’ content needs by discussing and validating brief requests
• Ensuring the right materials and information are provided for production
• Providing estimated costs and production timelines according to content complexity job
• Properly assessing and allocating the necessary resources to develop projects
• Tracking of project to properly manage and meet SLAs
• Performing content quality control of projects
• Maintain Operational Documentation to ensure proper execution of Services
• Constant alignment with IMS account team to ensure efficiencies are in place
What will make you successful
• Experience of minimum of 3 years in content production
• Great understanding of Branding and Content principles
• Great level of knowledge of Digital Content Production and Lifecycle, from a project management standpoint (production timelines, costs estimation, resources allocation, etc.) • Previous experience with project management tools & trackers (Cost, Time, Budget, Volumes, Resources)
• Knowledgeable on design tools (Adobe Suite)
• Solid understanding of the Digital Ecosystem
• Proven record of working with high-volume, multi-platform, complex tasks
• Good stakeholder management and problem-solving skills
• English (advanced level)
• Up to speed on Content & Digital trends and best practices
• Creative/Media/advertising Agency experience is a plus (not dismissive)
• French is a plus (not dismissive)
• Spanish is a plus (not dismissive)
• Experience in managing production teams is a plus (not dismissive)
