Fill/Pack Project Support - Lipa Factory

Provide temporary project support to the Filling and Packing Operations team by ensuring the safe and efficient execution of production activities, supporting operational continuity, and contributing to project objectives within the defined engagement period. 

Main Responsibilities / Key Competencies/Skills     
• Support filling line operations throughout the duration of the assigned project, inaccordance with production requirements, standard procedures, and project objectives. 
• Assist in maintaining a clean, organized, and safe work environment to support project deliverables and operational continuity. 
• Prepare, verify, and stage materials required for project-related production activities. 
• Monitor equipment performance and product quality during assigned production runs and escalate issues as necessary. 
• Identify and promptly report equipment breakdowns, abnormalities, quality concerns, or potential project risks to the supervisor. 
• Perform basic equipment cleaning, setup, and changeover activities required to meet project timelines and production schedules. 
• Complete production records, monitoring sheets, and project documentation accurately and on time. 
• Ensure proper handling, traceability, and identification of materials and finished products throughout the project period. 
• Adhere to GMP, safety, quality, and operational procedures at all times. 
• Support initiatives aimed at reducing downtime and improving operational efficiency during the project. 
• Collaborate with Maintenance, Quality, Warehouse, and other cross-functional teams to achieve project milestones and deliverables. 
• Participate in project meetings, continuous improvement activities, training, or special assignments related to the project scope. 
• Perform other project-related duties and assignments as may be required by the supervisor to support the successful completion of the engagement.
