1. To be able to produce safe and quality milk powders both in tin cans

and bag-in-box, thereby satisfying consumers.

2. To be able to operate filling machines meeting the standard line

performance and efficiency.

3. To be able to contribute on the continuous improvement of the

operations through the different venues (MDWT, PSA’s, etc)

4. To be able to communicate with team mates and other fellow

operators for smooth interaction leading to smooth operations.
