This dynamic role is not just about leadership; it's a hands-on opportunity that paves your path to becoming a Production Supervisor or stepping into functional leadership roles. Here, you'll gain invaluable experience in our processes while honing your management skills.
- Shift Details: 3rd shift from 5:00 PM to 5:00 AM
- Compensation: Starting at
1.50 shift differential per hour
- Work Schedule: 12-hour shifts
- Benefits: Comprehensive package available after just 30 days of employment
Position Summary
As a Team Leader, you will set the standard for safety, product quality, and line performance. Your leadership will shape the daily culture and tone of our team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs) and conduct sanitation audits, food safety checks, and product quality assessments.
- Facilitate effective communication among peers, team members, and Production Management.

To excel in this role, you should demonstrate:
- Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead and motivate a team.
- Experience: Background in food manufacturing and production floor experience is preferred.
- Continuous Improvement Mindset: Familiarity with Lean manufacturing or TPM is a plus.

- Maintain a safe working environment through effective housekeeping and safety practices.
- Adapt communication styles to suit various audiences.
- Foster a positive team atmosphere by coaching and supporting individuals for peak performance.
