Join Our Team as a Production and Bakery General Laborer!

Are you ready to be part of a dynamic team at Nestlé? We are currently seeking enthusiastic individuals for our 3rd shift teams!

Position Snapshot:

• Shift Hours: 1st shift from 5:40 AM to 5:50 PM
• Starting Pay: $21.86 per hour ∗1.50 shift differential  
• Schedule: 12-hour shifts on a team rotation
• Benefits: Comprehensive benefits package available after just 30 days of employment

Position Summary:

As a Production and Bakery General Laborer, you will play a crucial role in our production and packaging processes. This entry-level position involves operating departmental equipment to produce high-quality products, including pizzas, and performing housekeeping duties. There are excellent opportunities for advancement within the first 12 months into machine operator roles.

The Ideal Candidate Will Have:

• A strong ability to work in a team-based environment
• Basic English communication skills, both verbal and written
• Capability to lift up to 50 lbs frequently
• Willingness to work in varying temperatures (cold and hot environments)
• Flexibility to commit to 12-hour shifts
