A day in the life of Trade Marketing Specialist Coffee

 

 

  • Co-ordinate execution and track delivery of commercial plans to leverage opportunities, maximize synergies and optimize resource allocations. 
  • Implements POSM process to eliminate losses in WH 
  • Implements Category Channel plans in line with agreed Channel prioritization (core vs accelerator channels) 
  • Ensures that Shopper insight is taken into account in all trade implementation (from I2L to Shopper communication). 
  • Knows and Understands Category Growth Drivers and the Omni/Channel Category Strategy process 
  • Ensures agreed Category Growth Drivers and Activation Platforms are illustrated in ALL initiatives: from I&R to RTM, Price/Promo, Shopper Communication 
  • Monitors that Channel prioritization and plans are correctly reflected in Sales plans and in trade implementation. 
  • Will drive the alignment of executable brand, channel, customer & field sales plans (Channel & Customer MBS, ICP, MBP, pre-post evaluation) that deliver on business targets, proactively managing gaps between objectives and actuals at a corporate level. 
  • Will drive the implementation of executable brand, customer & field sales plans that deliver on annual business targets 
  • Monitors competitive landscape and identifies opportunities for Nestle. 
  • Continuously monitors budget spending in line with agreed planning. 
  • Optimizes promotion plans based on systematic promotional evaluation to improve ROI. 
  • Ensure adherence to all company principles and policies. 

 

 


What will make you successful?

 

  • Ideally, you are a proactive person with strong analytical skills, data-driven thinking and have at least 2 years of relevant work experience, preferably in FMCG industry;
  • You have university degree in relevant field (economics, marketing, administration etc.);
  • You are good communicator, have developed interpersonal skills and a good team player;
  • You have advanced knowledge of English language, both written and spoken, and advanced user of MS Office package.
