What to expect

As the Factory Quality Assurance Manager, you will serve as the guardian of food safety and compliance within the factory, while also challenging all functions to promote Nestlé Continuous Excellence. The primary goal is to achieve zero defects, which is fundamental for upholding consumer trust and preference.

 

A day in the life

  • Assure compliance with all policies, procedures, and standards.
  • Supervise the quality department and ensure all manufacturing quality standards are met.
  • Manage strategic planning and daily operation of the factory Quality Assurance department.
  • Participate in internal and external factory audit programs.
  • Develop, coach, and mentor the Quality Assurance team.
  • Coordinate and manage implementation of ISO requirements.
  • Support Total Performance Management (TPM) implementation on the site.

 

Role Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in food science, Chemistry, Microbiology, or related scientific discipline.
  • 5+ years of Quality Assurance experience in manufacturing, production, military, or related environment.
  • 2+ years of leadership experience in manufacturing, production, military, or related environment.
  • Demonstrated capability to lead a group as group leader in a factory: Deputy quality assurance, Quality Systems, Hygienist and Quality Assurance specialist
  • Business Experience in Management exposure across several functions
  • Proven track record in delivering results by working with cross-functional teams
