What to Expect: 
In this role, you will be responsible for delivering and coordinating learning and training programs within the factory, gathering data, and maintaining robust training systems.

A day in the life:
•    Coordinate, deliver, and evaluate training and development activities to support factory operations and continuous improvement.
•    Manage training needs analysis, local training plans, and maintain the training database.
•    Develop training materials, facilitate sessions, and provide coaching on training-related matters.
•    Support HR projects, participate in performance management initiatives, and provide backup for site payroll as needed.
•    Support site safety initiatives and other duties / projects as assigned.


Role Requirements
•    Degree or diploma in HR or relevant certifications, such as Certified Training and Development Professional (CTDP) or other recognized credentials.
•    Experience coordinating learning and training events, with knowledge of instructional design and blended learning best practices.
•    Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel; proficient in Outlook, Word, and PowerPoint.
•    Strong analytical, problem-solving, decision-making, and conflict resolution skills.
•    Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail and flexibility.
•    Excellent communication, presentation, writing, and interpersonal skills.
•    Demonstrated facilitation, project management, and teamwork abilities.


Preferred Skills 
•    Experience within a manufacturing setting 
•    Experience with Total Performance Management/ LEAN 
•    Experience with Kronos
