Position Snapshot

Job Title: Maintenance Administrative Assistant

Location: London, ON

Department: Maintenance

Position Summary

Work with Maintenance Team to validate and update data within SAP

Use MS Excel with filters and formulas for decision-making

Provide team with suggested actions based on data

Physically re-locate materials within the storeroom

Create and edit Storeroom SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures)

Create Storeroom training modules and develop roll-out process

Create and update Purchase Orders for Services

Update Purchase Orders with correct pricing and ETAs

Close out stale/outdated Purchase Orders

 Resolve invoicing issues with Accounts Payable

What will make you successful

  • College Diploma in Business Admin or 3+ years related work experience
  • Previous SAP related experience required
  • Prior accounting experience/education preferred
  • Strong MS Excel skills (formulas and filters)
  • Database Management education and/or experience
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Detail-oriented and ability to take initiative
  •  Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage interruptions
  •  Experience creating documentation and/or training modules
