Position Summary
The Sr. Analyst, Sales Operations role is responsible for building, planning, & scheduling the prioritized activities coming directly from our OPCO & Divisions, through our Customers, on a weekly basis, in the most efficient & effective manner for the Nestle Retail Sales (NRS) Field Sales Representative (FSR) Team.
Responsibilities
- Create the weekly agenda of activities for the NRS organization that aligns with the Op-Co & Sales Operations Manager (SOM) prioritized activities that allows for flawless in-store execution.
- Utilize SOM prioritized activities to help execute account strategies (internal tracking) and ensuring OpCo Must Win Battles and account planning against Op-Co priorities
- Design a balanced and fair service structure weekly that influences FSRs to grow sales & market-share in store
- Maintain and grow relationships with key stakeholders that allows Deployment to be wired-in to be more effective business partners.
- Achieve Sustainable Sales Growth: NRS Scorecard (Sr. Manager, FSM, FSR) results related to Sales vs. Goal targets & YOY POS Growth and the NRS & Deployment Scorecard results related to Activity & Store Compliance
- Achieve Cost & Service Commitments to OPCO’s & Divisions: NRS Scorecard (Sr. Manager, FSM, FSR) results related to Sales vs. Goal targets & YOY POS Growth; NRS & Deployment Scorecard results related to Activity & Store Compliance; OPCO & Division in-store time actual vs. targets
- Achieve Market Share Targets & Improved Distribution/Shelf Availability: NRS Scorecard (Sr. Manager, FSM, FSR) results related to Sales vs. Goal targets & YOY POS Growth; NRS & Deployment Scorecard results related to Activity & Store Compliance
- Communication, Collaboration, & Stakeholder Management: Deployment Scorecard results through internal satisfaction survey from key stakeholders & cross-functional support
Requirements:
- University Degree (BA/BS) or 5 years of related work experience
- Experience in a sales/retail environment or previous routing experience required
- Ability to multi-task under tight deadlines & deliver high-quality results
- Ability to successfully influence people & collaborate to achieve results
- Experience working cross-functionally between systems, departments, & processes related to retail sales & operations within a customer-centric retail environment
- Familiarity with routing applications and route planning techniques
- Advanced Microsoft Excel and Power BI skills
