Nestlé Angola is currently looking for a Factory Costing Specialist who will provide crucial support to the factory controller across various functions, including costing, stock variances, price maintenance etc. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively within a team environment. This role is essential for ensuring the seamless operation of finance activities and supporting the overall objectives of the organization.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Performs General ledger/Vendor/Customer reconciliation
• Daily Material ledger/vendor/Customer reconciliation
• Follows up on Material usage variance (MUV) actions
• Performs total cost of production (TCOP)
• Performs monthly stock count raw and packing material (RPM)
• Performs monthly stock count fixed asset
• Performs monthly stock count spare parts
• Daily follows up on open items
• Performs material costing on system
• Provides General Ledger (GL) and Cost Centre (CC) to departments
• Supports factory Period End Closure (PEC)
• Other factory related tasks assigned by factory controller when needed
