We’re excited to offer an opportunity for B2B Data Analytics Specialist to join our Finance Team.

With you we will:  

Ensure accurate data setup for new Vending Business partners in all related systems
Execute financial operation for Premium Vending Business and validate the revenue share calculation in accordance with the contract
Prepare training materials and onboard the new market to Vending Business
Provide accurate and on time request execution
Participate/organize/coordinate operational or ad-hoc calls with operational partners
Reach targets for key KPIs, achieve team goals and improve business processes
Participate in KPIs trends (SLAs), root cause analysis of mistakes/errors and problem solving
Participate in projects / leading of projects related to area of responsibilities and projects related to Premium Vending Business activities
Build great cooperation with Operational Partners, Market SPOC and key steak holders

Key requirements:

- A professional with knowledge of either in Economics/Accountancy/Finance/International relations
- Good in analytics, planning, time-management and communication skills
- Able to communicate and influence different steak holders
- Good co-ordinational and organizational skills within external team members and other departments
- Ready to accept and adapt to changing environment
- Able to work with big volume of data;
- Capable to work under unfamiliar conditions
- Able to be a part of a team
- Skilled in MS Office, particularly in MS Excel
- Confident in English on at least Intermediate level
- Ready to work in standard schedule (9:00-18:00)
