BSS Project Specialist

Full-time on site/hybrid (Lviv) or remote (countrywide employment)

You are: 

  • A person with university degree in Accounting/ Finance/Economics/Logistics etc; 

  • An experienced professional in the operational teams (2+ years); preferrable procurement. 

  • Strong in customer service skills, including aptitude for working with personnel at all organizational levels 

  • Experience in application of Project Management methodology and tools; 

  • Strong in verbal and written communication skills, with an ability to express complex technical concepts in business terms; 

  • Skilled in MS Office, particularly Excel; 

  • Proficient in English 
     

With you we will:  

 

Provide accurate and timely support to the Catalog Management team within the defined scope of activities.

Under the direction of the Catalog Management Lead, contribute to the achievement of catalog objectives by monitoring catalog status, assisting in creation, modification, and reactivation processes, and ensuring catalog accuracy.Engage with Above Market Buyers to facilitate approvals and align catalog content with market needs, while proactively suggesting solutions to prevent issues such as duplication and incorrect entries.Support the expansion of catalog management activities to various Procurement Organizations, Categories, and markets by collaborating with  Global PPA; IBS and PA (Procurement Acceleration) to document and implement improvements, develop and standardize KPIs, and conduct training sessions and knowledge transfers to NBS centers, Above Market Buyers, and Suppliers.
