We’re excited to offer an opportunity for Buyer Support Services Specialist  to join our Supply Chain & Procurement Team.

With you we will:  

• Work closely with Strategic Buyers team to support ongoing activities and identify areas of improvement. 
• Support negotiation process with predefined suppliers, prepare a request for information/request for proposal; 
• Prepare periodic and on demand reports, graphs and analytics concerning suppliers, spends, contracts etc.; 
• Conduct Supplier Research and populate predefined templates on supplier information 

• Follow up with suppliers on outstanding Responsible Supplier Audits confirmation dates and information, Supplier Audit tracking;

Key requirements:

• An experienced professional in analytics 
• Skilled in MS Office, particularly in MS Excel 
• A great communicator and a team player 
• A professional with customer-first mindset 
• Confident in English on at least Upper-Intermediate level
