Are you passionate about Social Media, Digital and Project Coordination? Nestlé Business Services Lviv team is looking for those who are ready to take on the challenge and become a part of Integrated Marketing Services department (Social Media Services Team). In this role, you’ll be focused on the coordination of successful launch and maintenance of relevant questionnaires, support in managing market queries and agencies coordination.
You are:
-
A specialist with 2+ years of experience in managing short & long term marketing or reporting projects;
-
Confident in English on at least an Upper-Intermediate level;
-
An expert with the strong business communication and collaboration and the ability to deliver detail reporting and presentations to senior leaders/stakeholders;
-
Reliable, Adaptable, Digitally-agile, customer-centric, result-focus;
-
Passionate about data analysis and storytelling, skilled enough to synthesize data into fact-based findings to further present to management;
-
Able to manage cultural diversity: respect and ability to cooperate with various cultures in the most effective way;
-
Ready to operate in a Matrix Organization and leveraging influencing skills;
-
Experience with quant market research methodologies is a solid plus;
-
Confident user in MS Word, PowerPoint and Excel knowledge (pivot tables, dashboards, basic functions).
With you we will:
-
Act as a coordinator: ensure the day-to-day management of the project by executing all steps of the research projects as per Masterplan aligned: briefing, connect with research agency supplier, coordinating questionnaire and stimulus development by agency, ensuring quality standards and practices, setting up results debrief and reporting to CMIA managers and markets, updating dashboard with results.

Follow the research guidelines and ensure adherence to the established project governance.

Ensure successful delivery of key project outcomes, capture lessons learned and review whether the objectives and Business Case assumptions been achieved.

Coordinate with respective research agency, marketing teams, CMI teams in each testing market across Z EUR on the project requirements and stimuli collection.

Work with agency, ensure results delivery in line with the project expectations, timings and business benefits. Manage timely decision process.

Ensure the quality standards for the deliverables of the key milestones in terms of timeliness, budget accuracy, and risk management plan.

Aggregate results in the dashboard on weekly basis, provides regular updates on learnings and status to CMIA managers at Z EUR.
