We’re excited to offer an opportunity for Contact Center Specialist to join our HR BS .
With you we will:
- Handle inbound and outbound calls, emails, chats, or social media inquiries.
- Provide accurate information about products, services, or policies.
- Resolve customer issues efficiently and empathetically.
- Troubleshoot customer complaints or technical issues.
- Escalate complex problems to appropriate departments when necessary.
- Follow up to ensure customer satisfaction and issue closure.
- Record customer interactions and transactions in CRM systems.
- Maintain detailed logs of inquiries, complaints, and resolutions.
- Update customer profiles and service records accurately.
- Meet or exceed performance metrics (e.g., call handling time, customer satisfaction scores).
- Maintain confidentiality and data protection protocols
Key requirements:
- Work experience in customer service, preferably in accounting and/or Contact Center; experience handling inbound and outbound calls, emails, chats, or social media inquiries.
- Education in business administration, communications, accounting, or related fields.
- Language skills: English — fluent level; local language — fluent level (depending on the market where Contact Center activities are provided).
- Knowledge of methodologies: customer support processes, complaint resolution, troubleshooting, escalation procedures, and customer satisfaction follow-up.
- Knowledge of specialized programs: CRM systems, Microsoft Office, and other digital tools for recording interactions, updating profiles, and maintaining service records.
- Responsibility, attention to detail, and a high level of self-organization; ability to maintain confidentiality and adhere to data protection protocols.
- Ability to work in a team and communicate effectively with customers and colleagues, demonstrating empathy, accuracy, and efficiency while meeting performance metrics.
