You are: 

• Deep functional expert in the work plan, standards, processes, and change management efforts, typically having 2+ years of experience in (J)PO/PM role with good command of planning & progress tracking tools  ; 

 • Shaping leadership and stakeholder expectations related to the product and related projects. Able to perform KPI analysis in reporting tools, incl. creating own reports  ;

 • Having a broad knowledge of industry best practices as well as an eye on identifying alternatives, workarounds or temporary solutions.;

 • Able to coach the team to proactively identify potential project risks in order to advise and consult with stakeholders on risk identification, analysis, and mitigation strategies;

• Showing strong Analytical skills to enable Business Rules Analysis with basic programming skills to enable efficient analysis (Python or other language) and understending of machine learning and statistical modeling techniques including statistics & math behind common algorithms;

• Advanced user of Excel & Power BI,  understanding SQL or alternatives for simple data querying , understanding  various software development methodologies (e.g. Agile, Waterfall);

• Having strong understanding of basic system engineering, information risk ande security guidlines, and architecture standards as well as basic understanding of cloud infrastructure / tech stack

• Excellent in understanding of business complexity and interdependencies, as well as business processes with ability to translate it into application requirements. Aware of how DataScience or other solutions integrate with the company’s IT systems, incl. cloud & ERP

• Able to think outside of the box and possessing an internal drive to continuously improve ways of working / processes

• Confident in English on advanced level (both written and verbal) with proven experience of effective communication at different levels in the organization, beneficially working in a global environment and with virtual teams

With you we will:

 • Lead rollouts of existing data products through liaising between market data owners, the development team and demand planning customers;

• Collect, analyze and implement requirements from multiple business groups involving a diverse set of stakeholders leading to the successful delivery of transformation initiatives;

• Assess priorities coming from multiple business and technical stakeholders to streamline development planning;

• Present solution plans and results to stakeholders with non-technical background;

• Prepare documentation of business requirements and product agreements;

• Lead the work of the cross-functional product team and ensure products are aligned with stakeholders/users/IT expectations;

• Manage delivery  & value of each product phase: Organizing the work in individual product development / rollout cycles in the team; Preparing project timeline, its communication and updates; Preparing business & user documentation of product & process; Managing stakeholders/ user buy-in and adoption of a product; Managing process of addressing data availability and quality issues by facilitating communication between data suppliers and scientists / analysts;
