Dev & Data Analytics Specialist

We’re excited to offer an opportunity for Dev & Data Analytics Specialist  to join our Development & Data Analytics team. 

With you we will:     

• Design, build own complex Power BI reports and dashboards (advanced DAX, Power Query, composite models, RLS); 

• Maintain dashboards and Snowflake reports to ensure data integrity; 

• Write, optimize, and maintain SQL/Snowflake queries and data models used in production reporting; 

• Design and implement automated workflows using Power Automate or KNIME to replace manual processes; 

• Develop Python scripts for data extraction, transformation, and automation tasks; 

• Conduct root cause analysis on data quality issues and implement fixes independently; 

• Manage Jira board for own and team tasks and Ad-hoc requests management; 

• Communicate with stakeholders and different NBS departments to collect proper data related to the projects; 

• Provide support to the partners as the data management expert during relevant meetings; communicate with databases owners to ensure data delivery and/or issues resolution. 

Key requirements:   

• University degree preferably in Computer Science, Information Systems, Economics, or Business; a background in BI, databases, or analytics is an advantage 

• Minimum 2–3 years of hands-on experience in BI development, data analytics, or a related technical role 

• Power BI (Advanced): endtoend development of dashboards and reports, advanced DAX, Power Query, composite and starschema data models, RowLevel Security (RLS), and workspace governance. 

• DAX & SQL (Advanced): strong handson experience in developing, optimizing, and troubleshooting complex DAX measures and SQL queries. 

• Excel (Expert): advanced formulas, data modeling, and Power Query; VBA is a strong advantage. 

• Power Automate or KNIME (Intermediate – Nice‑to‑have / Advantage): design, build, and deploy automated workflows to reduce manual reporting and operational effort. 

• Python (Intermediate): independently develop, maintain, and enhance scripts for data manipulation and automation (e.g., pandas, openpyxl, requests, or similar libraries). 

• Analytical skills: strong analytical thinking with high attention to detail, ensuring data accuracy, consistency, and quality in reporting and automation outputs. 

• Fluent English (Intermediate+/UpperIntermediate) with the ability to lead stakeholder discussions, support project management activities, and produce clear project documentation.
