We’re excited to offer an opportunity for Junior Corporate Learning Coordinator to join our T&L Team.

With you we will:

Administrate learning solutions and manage participants in iLearn platform;

Management of learning content data quality;

Coordination and resolution of queries and system errors;

Collaboration with Senior stakeholders from functions and businesses;

Reporting and analytics to get business insight;

Processing ad-hoc request based on function need;

Work on improvements and value-added projects.

Key requirements:

Masters’ degree in Communication, International Relations, Business Administration or equivalent;

Skilled in MS Office, particularly in MS Excel

Successful experience in managing short & long term projects in terms of coordination/administration/management skills.

Ability to work within tight deadlines.

A great communicator and a team player

A professional with customer-first mindset

Ability to work autonomously, make things happen, take ownership and initiative.

English (advanced written and verbal);
