Are you passionate about Design and Content Creation? Training & Learning HUB is looking for a creative and enthusiastic Junior Digital Content Creator to join our growing team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to gain experience in designing and delivering digital learning content across various platforms while working in a dynamic & collaborative environment. 

You are:  

• Experienced with content creation tools: BOOST, Adobe After Effects, Articulate 360 (storyline & Rise); Synthesia; Powtoon and others; 

• Familiar with basic design principles and graphic design software; 

• Able to analyze problems and offer creative, out-of-the-box solutions; 

• Passionate about creating innovative, engaging learning content; 

• Equipped with strong communication skills, both written and verbal; 

• Dedicated to continuous learning and staying updated on the latest trends and technologies in content design; 

• Possessing an upper-intermediate level of English or higher. 

With you we will:  

• Conduct interviews with requestors, perform needs analysis, and align on the vision of expected outcomes; 

• Design and develop e-learning materials, training courses, and customized learning paths that align with the brand’s identity and objectives; 

• Manage and execute projects to ensure timely and high-quality delivery; 

• Collaborate and maintain regular communication with corporate stakeholders and subject matter experts throughout the project lifecycle; 

• Ensure learning solutions meet the agreed-upon expectations and deliver the intended results; 

• Apply business and design insights to continuously improve the content creation process; 

• Research and implement new tools and technologies to enhance the development of learning materials.
