We’re excited to offer an opportunity for Junior Master Data Specialist to join our Finance Team. 

With you we will:    

• - Create and update vendors in the system according to the market requests
  - Make required updates on customers according to market requests
  - Prepare Sales price updates and Transfer price modification - Create and update Nespresso products in the system- Prepare reports - Perform checks and controls according to Standards 
  - Run improvement projects in order to enhance processes changes 
  - Ensure timeliness and accuracy of processes performed according to defined SLAs, root cause analysis of mistakes/errors and problem solving 
  - Participate in department meetings 
  - To report to the Line Manager the status and results of the assigned tasks 

Key requirements:  

 - A professional with knowledge of either in Economics/Accountancy/Finance/International relations 
- Good in analytics, planning, with organizational, time-management and communication skills 
- Able to work with big volume of data; - Skilled in MS Office, particularly in MS Excel- Confident in English on at least at B1 level- Ready to work in non-standard schedule
- Able to be a part of a team
