You are:

• Experienced in Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems, User Support Activities;  SAP management will be an advantage; 
• A professional with understanding of Project Management;
• Quick learner and adaptable to uncertain situations;
• A great communicator and a team player;
• Confident in English on at least Intermediate level  

With you we will: 

• Provide technical assistance and support for incoming queries and issues related to security role coordination, reporting, cross-market issues. 
• Respond to queries either in person, over the phone or via email. Respond to email messages for customers seeking help.
• Write training manuals, train computer users, gain feedback from customers about role coordination; 
• Determine the nature of the problem, run reports to determine malfunctions that continue to occur.
•  Check conflicts of role assignment
