<span 72="">You are:

• <span 72="">Experienced in Microsoft operating system (OS) (Microsoft Windows), Active Directory and Microsoft Exchange Server ; 
• <span 72="">An experienced professional in analytics and problem solving;
• <span 72="">A great communicator and a team player
• <span 72="">Confident in English on at least Upper-Intermediate level 
• <span 72="">Completed high education   

<span 72="">With you we will: 

• <span 72="">Process customer requests for maintenance of accounts and accesses
• <span 72="">Provide a high standard for customer service based on SLAs
• <span 72="">Analyze the Root-cause of issues with different types of access;
• <span 72="">Support users with the administrative issues (account creation, activation, deactivation and general maintenance, Generic and Room mailbox and Shared mailbox management etc.)
