Marketing Operations Coordinator

Are you passionate about Intergrated Marketing Services delivery management and becoming single point of contact for IMS towards the business? Nestlé Business Services Lviv team is looking for those who are ready to take on the challenge and become a part of  IMS department. 

 

 

You are: 

  • Experienced in  Marketing and/or Brand management, Content/Digital account management (min 5 years);  
  • Professional in Project management
  • Excellent speaking, writing and editing skills in English
  • Able to effectively organize team work, motivate and drive performance in a team environment
  • Good in negotiation & conflict management skills
  • Action oriented, flexible and creative
  • Highly proactive, motivated, and innovative thinker, with ability and willingness to share his/her knowledge with peers.
  • Detail-oriented with ability to handle various tasks simultaneously under multiple deadlines

With you we will: 

  • Ensure cross-service brief intake, specification and enrichment with business partners and/or other IMS roles  
  • Develop cross-service project plan , incl. goals, business needs, service scope and requirements, team composition, timeline & milestones and budget   
  • Prepare service request ticket and sub-ticket and briefing of IMS service teams according to project plan
  • Plan and manage projects throughout the entire life cycle until final acceptance, including management of change requests and prioritization according to defined processes and requirements
  • Act as Operational contact for a specific cross-service request towards IMS teams and determined business partner
  • Coordinate cross-service requests, from briefing, to planning, production & publishing
  • Coordinate with Center Operation Leads on timelines, team composition, risk mitigation.
  • Provide status management and project communications
  • Establish of operational checkpoints, alignment meetings and reviews between business partners & IMS
  • Gather  approvals and feedback from IMS business partner served in the requests.
  • Handle operational dependencies and blockers to ensure seamless coordination throughout the process
  • Proactively contact markets for top-down projects
  • Deduct ‘lessons learned’ and debriefs and frame optimization recommendations
  • Manage all stakeholders (IMS partners and delivery teams) along the entire project life cycle
  • Suggest to business on additional needs or required changes to brief
