Nestlé Business Services in Lviv is announcing an opening for Nestrade Intercompany Coordinator, Record to Report department Intercompany Reconciliation team in Lviv.

A day in the life of...

        Standard:
                -IG activities based on the standard service catalog (Hub & Spoke model with DxC) + any specifics for Nestrade (e.g. escalation after 2 months, not 6 months)
                -Activities remaining in Nestrade e.g. specific escalation, reporting to CFO, specific issues and problem solving, judgmental/decisional activities (ICO Form, write off approval etc.), projects, coordination within Nestrade/Group

                Specific sub projects:
-Standardization of deviations in the current Nestrade processes (e.g. WHT treatment, unallocated items, cash in transit treatment)
                -Process improvement (e.g. TSS/Capex way of working)
                -Backlog (old items) solved and cleaned

What will make you successful

University degree in Accounting/ Finance/Economics;
Strong Analytics Skills;
Prior working in SSC environment an advantage;
Ability to drive and coach on NCE Methodology;
Good understanding of the general Nestlé structure, knowledge of Corporate business principles and Nestle Leadership Framework;
Good understanding of Shared Service Center operations, internal and external business environment and business processes;
Knowledge of the specificities of local accounting standards of the IBP that is serviced;
Awareness of Nestle accounting and reporting standards;
Knowledge in bank operations,  understanding of bank clearing accounts and bank statement reconciliation and overdue follow ups , preferably in multiple countries and legal entities

Good knowledge of GLOBE 

Knowledge in bank operations,  understanding of bank clearing accounts and bank statement reconciliation and overdue follow ups , preferably in multiple countries and legal entitiest practices for Record to Report E2E processes and SAP;
Solid knowledge of MS office, particularly Excel;
Working knowledge of local languages (specific to the markets);
Proficiency in English (Fluent: spoken and written).
