Position Summary

Nestle Business Services is announcing an opening for Procure to Pay Specialist with knowledge of German, Services to Procurement team in Lviv.

A day in the life of...

• Work closely with Suppliers, Buyers, Requestors and AP teams to support ongoing activities; 
• Creation and correction of Purchase Orders (PO); 
• Check and solve parked and blocked invoice issues; 
• Prepare periodic and on demand reports and analytics concerning suppliers, spends, contracts, data consistency, etc.
• Ensure compliance with Nestle procurement practices.

What will make you successful

• University Degree; 
• Knowledge of MS Office (Excel and PowerPoint);
• Ability to work with others as a team player; 
• Customer focus and service orientation; 
• Proficiency in English and German (intermediate: spoken and written).
