We’re excited to offer an opportunity for P2P Specialist with knowledge of Polish to join our Supply Chain & Procurement Team.

With you we will:  

• Work closely with Requestors, other E2E teams (Buyers, Accounts Payable etc.) to support ongoing activities;   

• Create and correct Purchase Orders (PO);   

• Check and solve parked and blocked invoices;   

• Prepare periodic and on demand reports and analytics concerning suppliers, spends, contracts, data consistency, etc.  

Key requirements:

• Skilled in MS Office, particularly in MS Excel (SAP knowledge will be a plus) 

• Confident in English and Polish on at least Intermediate level     

• A great team player  

• A professional with customer-first mindset  

• Attentive to details  

• A fast- learner 

• Adaptable to change and cope in fast-paced environment
