We’re excited to offer an opportunity for P2P Specialist with knowledge of Polish to join our Supply Chain & Procurement Team.

With you we will:  

      • Create and modify Purchase Orders
      • Resolve issues of parked and blocked invoices
      • Follow up on open POs and invoice aging   
      • Perform operational controls and health checks 
      • Prepare reports and analytics concerning suppliers, spends, contracts, data consistency, analyze KPIs
      • Cooperate closely with Markets Stakeholders, Requestors,Buyers and Accounts Payable teams
      • Contribute to process improvements 

 This role is operational and process-driven, with daily stakeholder communication and issue resolution.

Key requirements:

 
  • Confident user of MS Office, especially Excel
  •  SAP knowledge is a strong advantageConfident in English and Polish on at least Intermediate level  
  •  High attention to details and accuracy with numbers   
  •  Ability to manage multiple tasks and follow-ups
  •  A fast and self-learner 
  •  A great Team player
  •  Adaptable to change and cope in fast-paced environment 
  • Open to continuous improvement and process optimization
