Nestlé Business Services is announcing an opening for Payroll Coordinator (Ukrainian market), Payroll team in Lviv.

A day in the life of...
  • Act as an subject matter expert in the area of Payroll process and be a point of contact to market HR and Finance teams;
  • Actively participate in Payroll Expert Network meeting with other NBS centers;
  • Interface with the HR function to identify, gather and analyze changes in Ukrainian market policies, procedures and Ukrainian legislation in payroll area;
  • Interface with LGO to implement necessary system setting, perform testing and communicate changes to relevant functions;
  • Provide expertise to resolve complex issues within the area of Payroll processes;
  • Be a part and / or lead global projects across all entities in Ukrainian market to ensure compliance, accuracy and efficiency of Payroll process;
  • Ensure compliance with Nestle standards including effective management of SODs, updated standard routines, documentation of previous audit points, adherence to CBP (Control Best Practices);
  • Perform periodic Payroll operation’s review with Payroll Supervisor and Payroll Lead as Supervisor back-up;
  • To support direct Line Manager (Payroll Supervisor) in effective management of capacity utilization and productivity;
  • Promote and support NCE awareness. Leverage and capture NCE potential through the usage of DORs/WORs/MORs/GSTD/FI/ etc.;
What will make you successful
  • University degree either in Economics/Accountancy/Finance;
  • Good understanding of Shared Service Center operations, internal and external business environment and business processes;
  • Experience in Payroll process and / or other E2E (R2R, O2C, S2P) will be a plus;
  • Good knowledge of business processes and best practices to ensure sustainability and drive continuous improvements;
  • Knowledge of work in SAP or similar Payroll systems;
  • Experience in working with big volume data (extraction, analysis);
  • Solid knowledge of MS Office (particularly in Excel);
  • Good analytical and time-management skills;
  • Communication skills, both written and verbal;
  • Knowledge of English Intermediate / Upper-Intermediate: spoken and written.
