We’re excited to offer an opportunity for Payroll Accountant,  Payroll team in Lviv

to join our HR BS.

Main responsibilities:

• Execute accurately and timely daily activities and functions in:
• Payroll calculation (oncycling and offcycling payments): analysis and processing of data in the system, payments to employees' accounts;
• Payroll reconciliation: ensure reconciliation of the oncycling and offcycling payments due to requirements;
• Posting to GLs and Vendors;
• Payroll reports internal and external;
• Participate in KPIs trends, root cause analysis of mistakes/errors and problem solving;
• Ensure the availability of updated Standards due to legal and process changes and Nestle Best Practices;
• Conduct participation in testing of SAP installation-specific settings.Knowledge of UA Legislation;
• Sick-leaves, vacations calculations.

Main requirements:

• 1 year of experience in salary calculation for Ukrainian enterprises;University degree either in Economics/Accountancy/Finance/International relations;
• Experience in working with big volume data (extraction, analysis);
• Good knowledge of MS Office (particularly in Excel);
• Good analytical and time-management skills;
• Knowledge of English in reading and speaking (intermediate).
