Process Improvement Expert

Lviv, UA Full-time on site or remote

You are:

· strongly expertized in BPM and project management with a minimum of 5 years of experience in Continuous Improvement methodologies such as Lean and DMAIC;

· having a strong background in process mapping and redesign;

· possess strong organizational and workshop facilitation skills;

· adept at leading projects to identify and solve process pain points.

With you we will:

· facilitate business scenarios and use cases for the product mix, including product introduction, specification and the change management;

· identify and implement key improvement opportunities that drive business value;

· conduct thorough process assessments and implement effective solutions that align with our strategic goals;

· drive our continuous improvement initiatives to ensure that we meet our performance indicators and client satisfaction goals.
