You are:

1+ years of experience on Team lead/ Process Optomizer/ Project Manager position;
-
Strong in leadership skills, adaptability to change, initiative and interested in leading high dynamic team;
-
Successfully exercising traversal leadership (influence without direct control), especially on senior stakeholders;
-
Advanced in Problem Solving & Continuous Improvement Tools;
-
Successful at Business Acumen (understanding of the businesses, performance drivers and long term directions and strategies);
-
Certified in Continuous Improvement ((either DMAIC, Lean, Six Sigma, Agile, TSQ or Kaizen);
-
Skilled in workshop facilitations, coaching, project management, with black belt;
-
English Upper-Intermediate (both oral and written);
With you we will:
-
Build strong governance within Communities Coordinators to ensure following of the Center strategy and targets achienment;
-
Develop and implement strategies to streamline and optimize processes to increase efficiency and productivity;
-
Monitore and evaluate the effectiveness of process improvement initiatives and making adjustments as necessary;
-
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather data, feedback, and insights to identify process bottlenecks and areas of improvement;
-
Establish capability building plan (training and guidance) to employees on process improvement methodologies and tools;
-
Ensure of Productivity Pipeline creation for 1+ year in the Center (for different type of initiatives) in collaboration with Busness Process Automation team and Data Visualization;
-
Effectively facilitate different events such as Operational Master Plan Creation on Center Level;
-
Pilot at the NBS Centre new Continuous Improvement Tools, Methods and Approaches to Productivity
