Process Improvement Specialist

You are:

· a proactive and analytical professional with a minimum of 2 years of experience in Continuous Improvement methodologies such as Lean and DMAIC;

· having a solid background in process mapping and redesign;

· having strong organizational and workshop facilitation skills;

· adept at leading projects to identify and solve process pain points.

· identify and implement key improvement opportunities that drive business value;
· conduct thorough process assessments and implement effective solutions that align with our strategic goals;
· enhance our operational efficiency by simplifying, standardizing, and digitizing processes;
· drive our continuous improvement initiatives to ensure that we meet our performance indicators and client satisfaction goals
