We are seeking a skilled and motivated RPA Developer with expertise in BluePrism and Python. As an RPA Developer, you will be responsible for developing, and implementing robotic process automation solutions to streamline business processes and improve operational efficiency. The ideal candidate should have a strong technical background, excellent problem-solving skills, and a passion for automation technologies.

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and deploy robotic process automation solutions using BluePrism and Python.
• Develop and maintain technical documentation, including solution design, test plans, and user guides.
• Conduct thorough testing and debugging of automation solutions to ensure accuracy and reliability.
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for deployed automation solutions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate RPA solutions with existing systems and applications.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest RPA technologies, tools, and best practices.
• Assist in training end-users on the usage and benefits of implemented automation solutions.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as an RPA Developer, with expertise in BluePrism and Python. (Automation Anywhere, Power Automate would be a plus)
• Strong understanding of business processes and workflow automation.
• Proficient in analyzing and documenting business requirements and translating them into technical solutions.
• Solid programming skills in Python and experience with scripting languages.
• Familiarity with database concepts and SQL queries.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to deliver high-quality work within deadlines.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Expertise in BluePrism and Python.
• Experience with other RPA tools and technologies.
• Knowledge of machine learning and artificial intelligence concepts.
• Experience with Agile development methodologies.
