We’re excited to offer an opportunity for Recruiting Specialist HR BS in Lviv to join our NBS.

• Completed high education;
• Experienced in Recruitment (3+ years);
• Good knowledge of recruiting assessment tools;
• A great comunicator, team player and  able to engage the attention of candidates for our positions;
• Able to work under pressure;
• Learning agility and analytical skills;
• Confident in English on B1-C1  level

With you we will: 

• Source and select candidates for tech & non-tech positions
• Establish a strong cooperation with hiring managers to understand their strategic staffing needs and fill vacancies in a timely manner with the highest quality;
• Create pool of candidates to ensure the execution of recruitment strategy;
• Coordinate the cooperation with the recruitment agencies;
• Conduct Trainings for Employees and people managers on the recruitment-related matters;
• Participate in Employer Branding events and initiatives;
