Nestlé Business Services Lviv team is looking for a Senior BSS Project Specialist to drive end‑to‑end project delivery, solution deployment, and continuous improvement across global markets. You are:

• A person with a Master’s degree in Accounting/Finance/Economics/Logistics/ISIT.
• An experienced professional with 2+ years in Procurement and/or project roles (SSC/Global functions), with solid understanding of S2P E2E processes and ideally NSP (Nestlé Supplier Portal).
• Strong in Project Management: planning, coordination, resource management, reporting, risk & change management; with testing knowledge and preferably configuration awareness.
• Experienced in Business Excellence / Continuous Improvement (CI); familiar with LEAN, ORs, GSTD, Scrum.
• Strong in stakeholder management and customer service; able to translate complex technical concepts into business language and collaborate with FO (Functional Owners) and MO (IT Module Owners).
• Skilled in MS Office, especially Excel; Power BI knowledge is a plus.
• Proficient in English (Upper-Intermediate+); other languages as agreed are a plus.
• Comfortable working in virtual, multicultural environments, across organizations and locations; understanding of Nestlé structure, Corporate Business Principles, Leadership Framework, and Shared Service Center operations is an advantage.

With you we will:

• Plan, manage, and complete projects within the S2P scope: deploy project plans, deliver project modules, manage resources and timelines, ensure quality, reporting, and customer satisfaction; act as the single point of contact for project teams and impacted functions (developers, testers, business).
• Coordinate deployment activities with FO/MO; prepare and maintain training documents and voice recordings; update S2P Help, Supplier Training Center, and SharePoint content; participate in improvement sessions.
• Ensure solution & process sustainability and adoption: collect user/supplier feedback, track performance and adoption KPIs, escalate issues to Project Lead/business owner, and lead improvement initiatives with FO/MO to increase stability and performance.
• Coordinate testing of operational activities within the S2P stream across Globe, Market, NBS, and act as a subject‑matter expert for S2P-related requests; provide indirect guidance to end users.
• Lead Business Excellence & Continuous Improvement: drive standardization and harmonization of processes across markets, provide technical requirements to Market teams for solution enhancements, and lead business process improvement projects and solution deployments.
• Deliver training & onboarding: build self‑learning content for S2P Help and Supplier Training Center, organize invitations and communications, prepare training materials with FO/MO, facilitate live sessions and demos, and share post‑training summaries via available channels.
