Nestlé Business Services in Lviv is announcing an opening for Training & Learning SPOC.
Responsible for leading TSQ governance between T&L Hub and Corporate Team, acting as operational SPOC with corporate functions and businesses. Coordinate operational activities within T&L Hub team for markets in scope (up to 11) and act as the first level of support for any escalations or requests related to Process Improvements, Projects, Potential New Scope or Potential Process Changes.
Facilitate continuous improvement to drive value to the business by performing an interface between corporate functions and businesses, Hub and CoC.
Drive Continuous Improvement within T&L Hub with a focus on Operational Efficiency and feedback from corporate functions and businesses and CoC.
You are:
- Masters’ degree in Business Administration or equivalent;
- Project management experience to assure timely execution of key processes;
- Prior success in working learning Management Systems;
- Strong knowledge of the Total Service Quality approach;
- Proficiency in English (Upper-intermediate: written and verbal);
- NLF competencies development on the All employees level with some of them on Leaders
- Good organizational skills with ability to work under time pressure in a changing environment;
With you we will:
- Ensure that communication channel between partners in CoS and Corporate Team is set up and working effectively (e.g. MORs conducted with the right participants and preparation including dashboards focused on driving value for the business; corporate functions and businesses are updated on key topics/deliverables on a timely basis beyond MORs as and when required)
- Manage discussion with CoC and corporate functions and businesses stakeholders on the results of the performance service level agreements (SLA’s) and operational concerns/issues.
- Validate T&L Hub operational results, present them to stakeholders and ensure all relevant issues are raised for Corporate Team.
- Constantly Review KPIs and ways of working to identify opportunities for continuous improvement using NCE methodology;
- Drive TSQ MOR action closure with operational team through active follow up in the E2E WORs.
- Support the CoCs, Hub Head and Supervisor to identify and validate the local hotspots and ensure action plan alignment and execution leading to their closure within 3 months
- Monitors in scope processes for Hub are executed on time and with the highest level of quality.
- Act as TSQ ambassador to provide the visibility on TSQ feedback to operational team.
