You are:    

• Masters’ degree in Communication, International Relations, Business Administration or equivalent; 

• Good planning and organizational skills.    

• Ability to manage priorities, foreseen risks and take appropriate actions. 

• Ability to work within tight deadlines and under pressure with energy and drive, result focused. 

• Adaptability to change and cope in fast-paced environment. 

• Passionate about people and strongly committed. 

• Ability to work in team but also independently and remotely. 

• Proven ability to navigate in a virtual world and quickly adapt to new solutions. 

• English (advanced written and verbal); 

With you we will:  

• Organize and coordinate training (scheduling, invitations, attendance list & tool management). 

• Participate actively in the creation, design, and rollout of the product training framework/strategy. 

• Deliver existing learning solutions for a given portfolio ensuring that learner acquires and is confident and prepared to apply the content.   

• Provide input and expertise to the design and build of learning solutions (content, pedagogy, facilitation methodologies…). 

• Collect the best practices & translate them into standards for all the touchpoints to ensure an outstanding service. 

• Provide sessions and certification to build market capabilities and ensure the right standard of delivery at local level. Coach and Train the local SMEs for the execution of effective and impacting learning sessions. 

• Keep updated KPIs and measurers in order to keep under control the training effectiveness.
