We’re excited to offer an opportunity for  T-HUB Junior Freight Settlement Spec. to join our T-HUB team.

With you we will:  

• Timely review and resolve additional freight charges and bill deputies; 
• Evaluate all freight claims and coordinate with customer service to ensure customer needs are met; 
• Check monthly invoice statements to ensure timely payment to terms is maintained; 
• Ensure accurate & timely receipt, authorization of load docs and freight accounts; 
• Plan management; 
• Utilize Continuous Improvement principles to identify issues and development areas 

Key requirements:  

• An experienced professional in analytics 
• Solid expertise in supply chain principles associated with "total delivered cost" 
• Skilled in MS Office, particularly in MS Excel and SAP 
• A great team player and fast learner
• Adaptable to change and cope in a fast-paced environment 
• A professional with a customer-first mindset 
• Attentive to details 
• Confident in English  on at least Upper-intermediate level (spoken and written).
