Tail Spend Specialist with knowledge of German

Full-time on site/hybrid (Lviv) or remote (countrywide employment)

You are:

• Experienced in Procurement or Supply Chain (min. 2 years), especially in tenders, negotiations, and eAuctions
• Skilled in MS Office (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and familiar with ERP systems
• A great communicator and a team player
• Customer-first mindset with strong analytical skills
• Confident in English and German (Upper-Intermediate level or higher)

With you we will:

• Coordinate and execute competitive bidding processes within defined scope
• Prepare and manage Requests for Quotation (RFQ) and supplier evaluations
• Analyze and benchmark supplier quotations, support negotiations
• Prepare reports and provide recommendations on supplier selection
• Upload savings reports into OSCAR system and ensure approvals
• Maintain high standards of quality and compliance with Nestlé policies
• Act as SPOC for defined Market/Category scope
